REFUND POLICY

Products bought from our online store can be exchanged at our outlet or by coordinating with our customer service to arrange courier return.

Exchange requests should be initiated by the customer (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged items can be exchanged in case of manufacturing defects, wrong items shipped, or issues with shipment.

Complaints must be raised within 2 working days, supported by a paper invoice (via call, message, or email) after parcel receipt.

Order cancellations are accepted until the order is processed. Once the product is shipped, you will receive tracking details, and our “Exchange Policy” will be in effect.

RHH Fabrics reserves the right to cancel orders, possibly due to factors such as item unavailability or declined credit card payments by the issuing financial institution.
